Pros: Response time and setting up appointments are fast and easy. Accept all methods of payment. Cons: For this job I had to request they straighten the light fixture (otherwise would have left the one side gapping badly) and I commented I should have had a chance to change the bulb color, but they didn't. So later, when I went to unscrew the fixture to swap the light color, noticed the screws were completely stripped. What a waste of almost $600.
