I have been going back and forth trying to get on this guy's schedule. Its taken 2 weeks to get an actual appointment, with raccoons wreaking havoc in my home in the meantime. Will likely have to go with someone else who can come sooner

The person who answers the phone David!!! shut the phone in my face and started yelling when I asked for James and kept asking me. Where do you live and I spoke to James and he told me that he does service my area. Very rude unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Hopefully you never have to call King James... but if you do, you'll be glad that you did. He is very professional, courtesy, responsive, and timely. His goal is to get to a solution that is best for your situation and the wildlife. We're very thankful for King James. Highly recommended if you need a trapper!

I could not recommend this company more for trapping wildlife. We had a raccoon living in our backyard shed and I was so concerned for my dogs safety. The owner came out the next day I called laid the trap and 24 hours later we had caught the animal. He left a trap incase of babies and caught some other wild life instead and he came right away to release the animal. Highly recommend!!

We had a groundhog take up residence under our back deck. I left a message for James and heard back from him within the hour to schedule an appointment. James was super communicative, professional, and clear about what to expect. The groundhog was trapped within 24 hours, and James arrived first thing the next day to relocate it. We're so appreciative and would highly recommend James -- he clearly has a lot of expertise and care for his work.
