I appreciate John asking the question, "Is there any place you would not like me to spray" due to we have a pet. I was also delighted that he sprayed inside and outside. I thought we were only getting the outside sprayed. All in all, we are more than satisfied with the procees today; and, before leaving provided a complimentary "King Pest" fly swatter.🙂
The technician, Tom, seemed thorough and was very personable which is always a plus in our impersonal society!
