They completed both projects in just 10 days, exactly as promised, which was impressive given the size of the house. Miguel, the owner, was involved from the initial estimate through the completion of the project. He took the time to assess the house carefully to ensure an accurate estimate and made sure every detail was completed according to my requests. His son, Justin, was also wonderful to work with and usually answered my calls whenever I had questions. Both of them responded to my emails very quickly and made sure I was always taken care of. Since I was managing the project remotely, I especially appreciated their excellent communication. They regularly sent photos and videos to show me the progress, which gave me great peace of mind. I had never met them in person, but throughout the entire process, they earned my trust and made me feel confident that my home was in good hands. Most importantly, the quality of both the materials and the workmanship was excellent. They delivered what they promised, on time, and with great attention to detail. I used King's Flooring for changing the color of our floors, and for patching flooring as part of some kitchen cabinet replacement work. Both father and son- Justin and Miguel- helped at every stage before and during the work with utmost professionalism, gave a lot of different variations of quotes, came to our home for different project configurations, gave a lot of excellent advice including for our larger project. Initially we were thinking of going with a general contractor for everything, but after talking to Miguel we were convinced to do the flooring separately. And we are so glad we did. When the flooring crew started, I was amazed by their professionalism and execution efficiency- about 10-15 people came at a certain time, all executing at breakneck speed in parallel. Whatever they needed to move, they were able to do it all (toilet, beds), help me move things. They did everything super quick, and tried to be respectful of my needs as we did the entire project while living in the house. One day Justin & Miguel even themselves showed up at our house early morning to help assemble our beds so that we could move into the bedroom few days earlier. The final finished product looks excellent, better than I imagined. I was frankly freaking out in the early days as the colors looked too dark, and I sent photos to Justin, and they kept their cool and repeatedly explained me the multiple coats and how it would look after every coat. And they were right, it looks even better than LVP but we are able to maintain hardwood red-oak. For any future projects, I will make sure to use Kings Flooring again.

Got new carpet from Kings Flooring. Super easy process, and install was so fast. It was just one room but still, I appreciated the efficiency. And the new carpet looks great. Love they are a family business.
