I called the salon and clearly stated that I had kinky coily hair. I was extremely clear and that is why I called the salon and did not just make an appointment online. The receptionist I talked to reassured me that that was totally fine and the person doing my hair would be able to do it no issue. When I went in the gentleman who was going to do my hair was very honest and said that he didn’t feel comfortable doing my hair which I appreciated because I would’ve been much more upset if I left with damaged hair. But driving across the city after I clearly spoke to someone about my situation and told them what my hair looked like and was reassured it was no issue, then to go in and be told that you can’t service this type of hair is extremely frustrating. Not only time wasted but it just feels extremely invalidating.

I never received compliments on my hair until I started going to Nunzio four years ago. Now I get them all the time. He is a master colorist with an eye for the extra details that add dimension to the color and style so it stands out. The staff at Kiss Salon are also great and very welcoming.

Nunzio is a magician! I came to him with hair problems (too bulky and frizzy, layers of my existing cut looked awkward), but without a clear idea of what I wanted my new style to look like. He led me through the decision process and gave me the most gorgeous haircut I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Jean Claude was amazing! He listened carefully to what I requested and perfectly executed what I wanted. Everyone there was warm and polite. The interior is spacious and well designed, and the process of booking and checking in was seamless. I strongly recommend Kiss Salon and will go there for my next hair cut.

I am so grateful to have the most amazing colorist and friend in Claudia. Without a doubt, Claudia is the most talented colorist I’ve ever met. In my opinion, only Julien Farel in New York can compare to her exceptional talent. No matter what your hair goals are, I highly recommend Claudia. She has an incredible gift for transforming your look and making you feel like a princess. What I cherish most about Claudia is that she’s not only incredibly talented, but also a wonderful friend and an amazing mother. Those who know her know that her kindness and beautiful heart are just as remarkable as her work.

I’ve been going to Kiss Salon and I always see Jean-Claude. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. He did my full color with blonde highlights a few months ago, and I was genuinely thrilled with the result. I recently came back for my root touch-up, and once again, everything is perfect. Jean-Claude is incredibly talented, precise, and consistent. He has a real gift for color and always manages to create a natural, beautiful result that feels effortless and well-balanced. He’s also very attentive and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes you feel completely confident in his hands.
