My wife and I attended Chef Ernie’s Hands-On Knife Skills and Sharpening Class and felt it was a great value. We had never practiced proper knife skills and knew nothing about sharpening or maintaining our knives. We left the class with improved techniques that will help us in the kitchen and prolong the life of our knives. It was also our first time visiting the store, and we were impressed by the wide variety of products they carry.
