Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrival, flexible scheduling, and effective removal of pet stains and deep-set marks. Reviewers also note fair pricing and helpful communication regarding carpet care. However, several low-star reviews criticize phone interactions as rude or overly difficult, while others describe the on-site cleaning process as rushed or incomplete.

Called them because our carpets were bad because of our pets. They asked how soon we wanted them and I said ASAP. They were here in about an hour and had our carpets done. They even educated us that pet dandruff can cause dark carpets and were very helpful! Highly recommend and i will be calling them if i need anything else done!
Extremely impressed!! I purchased a couch knowing it did not have any stains but it was it storage and previous owner had a VERY furry pup. The very large sectional couch came out Pristine!!! No smell from the dog or storage. 5 Stars, and they will now be my go to!
Great service! Prompt and professional.
Thanks jon. Glad we could help!
Kleen way carpet was so helpful! They did the work quickly and were more budget friendly than any other company we got a quote from. Our carpets smell great, such a good experience! 10/10

Cory did a great job, was efficient and thorough, and our carpet was left cleaner than when we moved in.

They did a great job! I had 2 spots of red fingernail polish on my beige carpet and it is almost completely gone! Fabulous job! I would highly recommend them!
Glad we could help! Difficult stains are our specialty! #we're here when you need us....
Called Cory amongst other cleaning companies and he was an easy choice up front based on his communication skills and pricing. After the day of service, it was clear he was the right choice! Removed stains, dealt with pet hair, and provided professional knowledge about the service and situation. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks, Cory!

I called on the morning of Xmas Eve for a carpet to be cleaned today. He was able to fit me in. I am now a loyal customer due to his customer service. He did a great job on the carpet also.
