Rachel was amazing! I was very nervous getting microblading for the first time. She was very knowledgeable and patient and did an exceptional job! Highly recommend her!
Rachel is absolutely amazing 🤍 I went in for a consultation, and instead of simply addressing the issue I came in for, she took the time to really listen and figure out what could actually be causing it. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right care. What really stood out to me was that Rachel went above and beyond — she actually called the doctor for me and was able to get me an appointment to see him the very next day. That meant so much to me and really showed how much she cares about her clients. That alone say's so much about the kind of person and professional she is. The entire team was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. You can tell that everyone is a great team together and most of all ACTUALLY care about your wellbeing. What could have easily been a simple sale, instead turned into making sure I was getting the right care. You are good hands here. I would highly recommend her and the entire team!
Rachel is a genius. Her microneedling has changed my face!! And the cool sculpting has reduced my ever present mom pooch!!! Forever a client!!

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. They take the time to really listen to what you're trying to accomplish, walk you through all of your options, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. You leave feeling like a million bucks! Kate is an absolute sweetheart. She's incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and never makes you feel pressured. I left a 5 star review previously but I no longer have that email so I wanted to make sure this wonderful business has a review from me. I had a treatment done by Joanne today and I can’t believe what a difference it has made in my skin. I haven’t been here in a year, due to being busy and I just don’t take care of my skin. But I’m going to start coming every month. Not only is Joanne wonderful, Jill is so kind and welcoming when you first walk in and when I was leaving I got to speak with Rachel the owner about another service they offer that I’m going to be going back for. And I was having a hard time understanding it all and she explained it so kindly to me and was so patient. If you’re thinking you have to have a lot of money to come to a place like this you don’t! My treatment was much lower than I expected and the way I feel, I am just going to cut out a few other things I am probably wasting money on so I can keep coming back to Klein Horsey because the way I feel today was worth every penny. The ladies here truly care about how you feel about yourself on the inside. It’s such a nice place and the new location is so warm and relaxing. I’m so grateful for Rachel and the team! I moved to West Virginia 1.5 years ago, and I’ve never looked back on getting service anywhere else. I’ll drive the 5.5 hours to see them because I just can’t trust anyone else! I can’t say enough about how amazing Klein&Horsley is.
