Chris was the best! He came out and drained our oil/steam system from all the sludge build up in the property we currently bought! Kleinbaur has reasonable prices for their amazing services! Highly recommend calling or booking an appointment!
Chris was absolutely wonderful. We had some issues with heating, all were quickly resolved thanks to Kleinbauer. Fast service, great response time, thorough communication from Chris. We are thankful to have found Kleinbauer and will definitely recommend them going forward.

Kyle and Logan showed up @ 9:00am to begin work on furnace dismantle and new furnace install. They worked together as a team and although Logan is an apprentice, Kyle worked with him, explained procedures and was patient. They worked well together. I was given a discount for keeping the old furnace and dismantling it myself, at my request.
Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me how to main the main filter on my kitchen faucet; gave me a price for a well basic filtration system. Terrific experience.

Great service from estimate, ordering & installation. Chris did a great job!! We are all ready for the Summer season with our Mini Splits!! The AC units are fantastic!! AC/Heat/Dehumidifier in one. Chris came back 10-5-2026 for maintenance & there was no charge. These guys are the best!!
