I had a billing issue that was not resolved regarding an overpayment at my last visit. I was told the amount of overpayment would be refunded, but after several calls to the business office was told the overpayment would not be refunded and would only be applied to my balance with the practice which I had a payment plan set up for. I will not be continuing care at this business.

Aza is an amazing aesthetician. I’ve seen her a few times for facial services and she has made every experience nothing but amazing! My skin always leaves glowing. She also always has great recommendations for products.

First off, many people love this place and I went because when I needed a biopsy many recommended this one. Unfortunately, I must have caught them on a bad day. At one point I thought they forgot me in the room. It was towards the end of the day and in hindsight maybe it's best they had, because they ended up costing me two more visits. One to a Little Clinic (thought I had shingles) then to my regular doctor where I found I had a staph infection just days after leaving this clinic. I've had basal cell on my face twice and looked different both times so I tend to be aggressive with biopsies. The doctor marked the spot with his ink pen. Nurse came in later. Sounded like she was considering doing the whole thing herself. I think everyone was in go home mode. Supplies were gathered by a younger nurse and then the doctor came back in. Next thing I know needle goes in and biopsy done...without a single swipe of alcohol. I've gotten stuck by doctors many times and multiple biopsies, but never without sterilizing the surface first. I was shocked, but didn't say anything. Went home telling myself it's unlikely there would be an issue. Unfortunately, hearing them talk about cellulitis in the hall while discussing their rounds may have been a foreshadowing. This was on a Thursday. Early next week a rash starts breaking out on my neck. It seems to be isolated to one area and I convince myself and apparently a nurse practitioner at a "Little Clinic" it's shingles. I've had it before and nerve pain came later for me so it seemed about right. I get an antiviral. It spreads to my hip. This is not Shingles. I manage to get into my regular doctor. I show her everything that's going on, including the crusty rash on the back of my ear at that point and she's saying STAPH. Never in my life have I had that crap, but here we are. I'm about to finish my antibiotics now, but my whole month is just haunted by this. I was supposed to be getting treatment done on my shoulder at the end of the month, but I had to inform that office when I thought it was shingles only to find myself more horrified by it being staph. I left KMC a voice mail last week telling them what happened and to tell them they need to be more careful with their hygiene practices. At the end of the day, I couldn't let this go with just a voice mail into the void. They hosed my whole month.

I had to go back multiple times for a simple service. There were stitches left in me that were supposed to be removed and when I went back I was told I would not be filled or charged for any services and then they charged me $400 to remove and test the stitch for cancer. Had to have Frankenstein scar worked on by somebody else that knew what their doing. In the middle of suing them now for malpractice.
