The work was done in a timely manner. The plumber, Andy was professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

Thanks for the kind words! Isaiah does great work and we're glad it showed — quick, fair, and done right. We appreciate you taking the time to share that. 😊
I was having issues with my garbage disposal and was able to easily schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. When Andy arrived, he tried to repair the issue first, but it ultimately the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He gave me a few different options and installed the new unit quickly. I can't thank the team enough for the fast, friendly, and super professional service!

Received phone call prior to Isiah's arrival. Very respectful and polite young man. Explained to me work he would be doing and showed me pictures. Gave me price quote before work began. When job completed showed me before and after pictures. Cleaned up as well. Will use Knight Plumbing in the future and would recommend to friends and family also.

Barb, a heads-up call before arrival, pictures to explain the work, an upfront price, and before-and-after photos when it was done — Isiah going above and beyond from start to finish. Really glad it earned your trust. Thank you!
I receievd a notification of when the technician would arrive and a picture of the technician. Isiah was very nice, explained what needed to be done, did the job and then explained the repair. Great experience!

Jami, a heads-up notification with a photo of your technician before they arrive is exactly the kind of transparency that makes the whole experience feel right from the start. Really glad Isiah delivered on it with a clear explanation before the work and a full rundown after.
We had our sewer line break repaired quickly. Appreciated all the nice staff from those who answer the phone, do the actual service and take the payments! I received quotes from 3 well known Milwaukee area plumbing companies and Knight plumbing was the most reasonable. They came highly recommended from a coworker and I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs again in the future.

Erin, three quotes from well-known Milwaukee plumbers and you chose us — that means a lot. Really glad the price was right and that everyone from the first phone call to taking payment made the experience feel easy. Your coworker gave us a great recommendation to live up to and we're really glad we did. We'll be here whenever you need us.

Nancy, professional work, quality installation, and everything cleaned up before leaving — that's the standard on every Knight Plumbing & Drain Cleaning call. Really glad the toilet installation hit the mark. Thank you for sharing!
Colton did a fantastic job, he was polite, friendly, courteous, and made sure all was ok and working properly not once, not twice but actually 3 times. I was impressed with this young man and we even talked a little golf.
I wouldn't hesitate to again if need be.
