We’ve been using Knock Out Pest Control for a while now, and they’ve been excellent! Aaron is always super attentive and quick to respond whenever we have a concern. Living near a farm, we’ve had our fair share of mice and a major wasp problem, but Knock Out Pest Control has taken care of it all. Highly recommend their reliable service!
I called in the morning recently about a suddenly super active in ground yellow jacket nest. I was concerned for everyone's safety since neighbors often walk near it. Was stung twice a week apart by a Yellowjacket while mowing. Didn’t find a nest but knew they were close. Called Knockout and Aaron and Wes were out the following morning. Found the nest in 10 minutes and had it treated in less than an hour. Appreciated the quick response.
Aaron was very personable and professional. He explained what he was going to do before he did it so I understand the process. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was good. I look forward to using kpc again!
Aaron and his team are fantastic. They are easy to work with and very responsive. We presented Aaron with our needs and he suggested a reasonably priced option that fit those needs. When other things came up, he quickly helped us tackle them. We will continue to use Knockout Pest Control for our pest control needs.
Aaron is very responsible, reliable. He always texts the day before to check to see if we need inside service. He also texts when he has arrived. We see less bugs/spiders than woth the prior servicer with a better price. He has made payments easy by setting up automatic payment after service. Makes my life easy.
