Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, friendly, and reliable. They did a great job, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth!
Musa and his crew were great to work with and I can’t recommend them enough
Knox has become my go-to roofing company. After receiving excellent emergency service from them after a windstorm, I called on them a couple of years later and got a fair estimate for a full replacement as well as some in roof repairs (not the cheapest nor most expensive). They were prompt, efficient and did a…
They came out right away to fix the leak in our roof. They do quality work and fix your problem. He even repaired my leak in the rain. They go above and beyond,
Dakota and his team were professional and personable. They showed up when they said they'd be here and did a fantastic job as well as the cleanup phase! A quality job from start to finish, which is a rare find this day in time. I would recommend Dakota (Knox Roofing) without reservation.
Great experience! Quality product and service! Very efficient and completed in 48 hours.
We just finished a major roof replacement project, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Knox Roofing. It was a complex job involving re-engineering of a metal roof and fixing some long-standing leaks. The quality of the work is excellent, and it’s clear the team took the time to make sure it was done…
Excellent to work with, very straight-forward and fair. Repairs completed timely and with a lot of care.
My experience with Knox Roofing (Musa) has been phenomenal. I’ve had the opportunity to utilize their services on several occasions including new chimney flashing, chimney cap replacement and most recently the installation of an extra large (commercial sized) custom skylight. Although roofing issues are never…
Good job done .prompt and attentive from start to finish
Great service and lead times
They did a roof repair for our rental house. They were able to address it promptly and did a great job. Thanks for your great work and service.
They did a great job! Highly recommend.
Had just moved into the house and noticed a leak during the first rain. Knox roofing came out and quickly figured out the issue and got it repaired right away. Would use again.
I needed a roof inspection and bid quickly. Knox came out the next morning, on a Saturday , and had a bid back to me Saturday late afternoon.
My house was under contract. The roof was 18 years old. I asked Knox Roofing to look at my roof prior to the buyer’s inspection. They made necessary repairs. The roof passed the inspection with no issues. I was very pleased with the pricing of the repairs made and the outcome.
Great professionals that offer amazing service
Dakota and Knox Roofing are my go to. They’re reliable and fairly priced.
It’s always great working with Dakota and Knox roofing. Very responsive, professional and pricing is always fair.
Knox Roofing did a great job repairing my roof from storm damage. Dakota, the owner, was professional and a pleasure to work with. I’d hire them again for any roofing needs
These guys are great! Thorough, responsive, and reasonable. We had them work on our tile roof which takes experts and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!
Prompt response and excellent work. Very honest evaluation of my concerns. I needed a couple of repairs and asked about a new roof - very refreshing to have them tell me I didn’t need one whereas I would have expected any other roofing company to sell me one (whether needed or not).
Great people. Very responsive and high quality work
I really enjoyed working with this roofing company. They are very responsive to texts! Matt even came back for a follow up to make sure the repair was holding up during the recent heavy rains!
Knox Roofing is top notch, great company to work with. Dakota and his crew were professional, communicated well throughout the process, and the quality of the work turned out great. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.
I called Derek again to repair a part of my rook that was messed up by the wind. He again fixed it so that if it rained it would be ok. He said they would be out to completely fix it in a few days. They guys came about a week later and repaired it. I am completely happy and impressed with Derek and Knox Roofing. They do a fantastic job!
Good replacement for roof, gutters and fence re-staining. Poor sub- vendor for window repairs.
My insurance agent and friend recommended this great company. Derek guided me through each step of the process, He worked as my own agent by meeting with the adjuster, helped me get the insurance quote, and then seating down to walk over the numbers and helped us pick materials and colors. He was present any time…
They are responsive and do great work.
Dakota worked with the insurance company and its inspector . The crew started in the morning and was finished by. The afternoon.
As a Realtor, I've used Knox Roofing numerous times and on my own personal home. Knox Roofing always does a great job at competitive prices and in a timely manner.
Dakota and his crew were professional. They removed and replaced our roof in one day with minimal disruption. They cleaned up after completion so you couldn't tell they were ever there. The roof looks great.
Had Dakota at Knox roofing come out for multiple jobs, gets the job done right and quick! Always fair pricing, would recommend
Knox roofing had helped correct issues from the prior roof replacement, so as I watched the baseball size hail pummel my house there was no doubt who would be replacing the roof this. I also recommend the upgrade to a metal roof. The reduction in property insurance premiums made it an easy decision for me.
We have used Knox Roofing several times. They have a great team and are always a pleasure to work with.
Knox Roofing did a great job on replacing our roof March of 2025. We had worked with them over the years on repairs. We would definitely use them again.
Dakota and his crew is great to work with. A wonderful customer experience!
First used Knox Roofing for the roof inspection on my new home and they did a great job. There was a portion of my roof that needed repaired and when I reached out they immediately got back to me with a quote. Musa did the repair very quickly and thoroughly. Very efficient and communicative. Happy with the service and would highly recommend!
I HIGHLY recommend Knox Roofing after the fabulous experience I recently had. Knox Roofing put a new roof on a house I just bought. Not only did they come out within days to do the job, but the team was incredibly informative and friendly while they were working. Dakota and Octavio, in particular, were great to work…
