We had a great experience with Koala Insulation of the East Valley. Bill Villani and Kevin Ramos & Andy were very professional and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Saved us a lot of money from the rebate, to the electric bills reducing, and prevented early mechanical repair on our AC. They communicated very well and answered our concerns. They showed the day before to install the solar fan, & earlier than expected on the day of for the duck work & insulation, did a high-quality job, and left the site completely clean when they were finished. Also showed before and after pictures. The pricing was fair, and honestly, the final result exceeded our expectations. I'm really happy with how the attic insulation turned out. Also wanted to extend our thanks to Ryan & Jim as well, on how family oriented they are, well communicative and educated us of the services and process from the beginning to the end. Very impressed. Can't wait to see the results of our home finally cooling down. Thank you.

Both Andy and Benjamin did a great job repairing major duct systems issues and installing high quality attic insulation. They were very professional and very polite. Koala Insulation of the East Valley did a great job for us. We had two rooms that stayed hot no matter how much the AC ran, and their team took a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to figure out why. They were professional, efficient, and the installation was completed quickly. Best of all, we felt the results right away. Highly recommend if you're looking to make your home more comfortable and lower your cooling costs.

I was very impressed with Koala Insulation. The initial visit was thorough - he spent 20 minutes in my attic evaluating the issues. I got three estimates from different companies and felt Koala's was the most thorough and reasonable. The installers came right on time and were very polite. They spent 3 hours fixing all the duct issues and putting in the level of insulation required. I received photos of the before and after. I'm very satisfied and can't wait to see the difference in my SRP bill!

What a great experience! I can’t believe how little insulation I had. The owner was great and so was his team. They stopped up my ductwork to ensure there was insulation underneath. Can’t wait to see the improvement in my bill. Highly recommend!!

Jim, the owner, was totally accommodating of all my detailed questions. The crew alerted me that the lower vents in the roof were completely blocked off with insulation, probably since the new build construction. They cleared them and added two new ones along with two solar powered fans. Showed pictures of all the process. Great crew, great leadership. They adjusted their schedule to meet mine twice during the project.
