They have been awesome throughout the process. Very thorough in antipating the "what-ifs" of our estate plan. Very friendly staff, willing to answer any and all of our questions.

Mr Kocian and his staff were very efficient at getting our trust set up. Everything was explained to us in great detail. Signing of paperwork was fast and flawless. They communicated with us by email and phone. Upon picking up our completed documents it was presented to us neatly in a binder with tabs for easy locating. Very, very pleased with the service we received from this law office. Highly recommended them for trust, wills ect…

Went to this law firm through my MetLife Federal Legal plan to establish a family trust. Was very impressed and pleased with the service. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. I have been to other law firms before and was disappointed with their service. But by far, Kocian Law Firm did not disappoint. They made it a very easy and simple process and I feel assured that the future of my estate is taken care of. I highly recommend Kocian Law Firm for any of your legal needs.

Kocian Law Firm organized our Will and Family Trust in a reasonable time and expense. They created a professional binder and have the Trusts assets in highlighted sections. They explained all aspects of the legal documents and provide a detailed summary where the Trustee can fund and administrate the estate. The whole group is very knowledgeable in Estate structuring and professional at every step. We give Kocian 5 stars for customer service and highly recommend their legal consulting. - Gary and Stacey C.
