I had a great experience today with Konold Pest Control and Chris the technician. This was my first time to use an exterminator and Chris explained the pricing, which I had misunderstood. It was less expensive than I thought it was going to be. We've had a bad spider invasion this year and Chris treated inside and out. I also mentioned that I had seen evidence of mice in the garage. He placed traps in appropriate places to take care of the problem. Chris also explained that if I continue to have problems, all I need to do is call. He was on time, kept things clean and was extremely pleasant. Well done!
Thank you so much, Franci! We're so glad Chris was able to walk you through the pricing, answer your questions, and provide a thorough treatment for your spider and rodent concerns. We know how frustrating persistent spider activity can be, and we're happy to hear you had such a positive first experience with him. We truly appreciate you choosing Konold Pest Control and supporting a fellow local business here in Aurora! We're practically neighbors, so we're always happy to help!
Great company! Very responsive. On time. Professional. We started with just one treatment then realized we needed quarterly service. Konold scheduled next day service and treated the inside and outside of the property. 5 + Stars

Moved into a new house and immediately found out we had a ton of spiders! Called at 4 pm and they were here the very next day. He was here for over 3 hours, finding every nook and cranny and doing a great job. Price was excellent and we signed up for the month to month after seeing how awesome they were. Immediately noticed lots of dead bugs the next day as well—so we know it’s working! Highly recommend.
