I've used this service like 3 or 4 times. Brownie comes home with a cute little bandana every time. It is a bit more pricy than I would like but the girls are very helpful. Today, Brownie accepted some pets then wallet straight to the van. That alone told me she loves it and feels safe. The girls do amazing every time and really listen to concerns. Plus Brownie smells amazing for weeks after which I don't get if I do it at home.

Thank you for trusting and using our mobile dog grooming services. We are so happy Brownie enjoys her visits and the little bandanas. It means a lot that she feels safe enough to relax and accept pets from our team. We appreciate your note about pricing and are glad our staff’s care and the long lasting fresh scent make the experience worthwhile. We look forward to grooming Brownie again.

Fantastic mobile grooming experience! We had two groomers come to our home to groom our two Australian Shepherds (Aussies), and they did an amazing job! Both pups came back looking beautiful, clean, fluffy, and smelling wonderful!
The convenience of having mobile grooming right at our doorstep made the entire experience even better. The groomers were professional, friendly, and clearly took great care of our furry family members.
We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend their mobile grooming services. We’ll definitely be using them again! 🐾🐶

Joyce Wood2 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Joyce has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
I cannot recommend this service. They were unable to trim my dog's nails, yet had no problem charging me the full amount anyway. What makes it worse is the total lack of service recovery—the staff essentially ignored the issue and made zero effort to offer a partial refund or a discount to encourage a future visit. A little customer care goes a long way, but they clearly don't care about retaining clients.
Response from the owner · a month ago
Hi Felipe,
This is factually incorrect and rather frustrating. You received a $25 discount on your service, and when you reached out a month later unhappy, we offered our largest discount of 15% on your next service including a free premium package. You declined those offers then left us this review stating we offered you nothing. If you reached out within our 7 day satisfaction guarantee, we would have also sent another groomer to try to complete the nail trim, but your pup likely needs to have their nails trimmed at the vet.
