Koontz Roofing & Exterior Construction at a glance
Customers frequently praise the company for punctual service, clear communication, and accurate pricing across roofing, siding, and window projects. Positive feedback highlights professional crews and thorough inspections that identify additional damage. However, several low-star reviews report unfinished work, subcontracted gutter installations resulting in leaks, and a lack of follow-up when issues persisted after initial repairs.

I had a leak, and got ahold of Nate. Nate showed up the next day, tarped the leak and had a crew for a permanent fix out within the week.
Cost was clear, quote was accurate, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. No BS, no scammy upselling, just fixed what they needed!
Very happy.
Thank you for the review Gunnar. We pride ourselves on being honest and upfront with our customers. Clear solutions and clear pricing every time. Please let us know how we can serve you again in the future.

So glad I found Koontz when looking for window replacement. My sales contact was responsive and knowledgeable, the installation lead kicked it up another notch when scoping out, measuring and finalizing the job, and then when the installation crew stepped in once the windows arrived, it was a home run. They were great to work with! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced reps from start to finish. Highly recommend Koontz Construction!

This past September, Koontz Roofing replaced my old roof. They have recently done several new roofs in my neighborhood. Every homeowner I contacted was totally pleased with the price and quality of their work. I can now say the same. Koontz Roofing did a great job. They are courteous and professional in every way. I highly recommend them.

We decided on Koontz Construction Company for our new roof due to high recommendation from a trusted friend. We are glad we did from the initial visit of the sales person to the quality and efficiencies of the staff and the quality of the product. We were very pleased with the price and the outcome.
After calling 2 different roofing companies and not getting anywhere, I called Koontz. They immediately got me on the schedule. When Adam (estimator) came out he went above and beyond to ensure my roof was in top shape. He was, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I should have called Koontz first, I won't make that mistake again.
