This is not the same Korte we’ve used for years. New ownership has changed how they do business. It seems they are more interested in overcharging and pressuring you to buy new equipment. We won’t be using Korte anymore, have found a good HVAC Company

Kyler came out and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Was very professional and personable. My service call fee was waived and he even labeled the call as a warranty repair. The installs manager came to my house first thing in the morning to address a banging noise in my newly installed AC. He knew what was likely causing the issue and implemented a fix. He tested it and confirmed that it should be resolved- all in about a half hour. He was very professional and knew his stuff!
Once again, issues arose in our home. Luckily, we called Korte. Carson came out, THE SAME DAY, and inspected the issue with our old furnace/AC unit. He was able to make a small correction. Emily and a trainee performed service on our A/C efficiently. They discussed a pending equipment failure and elected to have the capacitor replaced on the spot.
