We had to have a new furnace installed. Korte scheduled us within three days and Mason installed the new furnace today. He was friendly and efficient and explained the new furnace so I could understand. I always use Korte.

Excellent service ;very professional and helpful; called ahead to let us know they were running a few minutes late; did great work. Only downside is Korte’s pricing is very high, in my opinion. But sometimes you really do “get what you pay for,” and we were very happy from the beginning of the booking experience to the end of the service call.

Korte's Carlos had to visit us twice for plumbing issues. This great guy was professional, informational, efficient, considerate, and really pleasant to have in our home. After his first visit, we were truly happy to see him for his second visit -- not related to the first by the way. Korte has a real gem here. I hope they recognize that.
