Scheduled 3 separate technicians for me to come out in the same day so I could avoid separate service charges. All 3 technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Since they all did great work, I will be planning on having Korte handle all my future electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
David was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He got everything fixed in a timely manner and went above and beyond to explain things to me and our future home owner. I highly recommend him and Korte!
Replace sewage piping, fix toilet refill thingee, replace outside fawcet, check rest of sewage pipe for cracks & leaks under basement floor.

Carlos is great - he saw what was needed to repair the kitchen faucet and he explained what steps were involved as he brought it back online. He shared useful info about warranty coverage from Moen should the unit need it. Carlos is friendly and professional and the kitchen sink is good to go once again! I'm very pleased with the outcome. Korte's Carlos had to visit us twice for plumbing issues. This great guy was professional, informational, efficient, considerate, and really pleasant to have in our home. After his first visit, we were truly happy to see him for his second visit -- not related to the first by the way. Korte has a real gem here. I hope they recognize that.

The service person came in and found the cause of our problem right away and was able to fix it quickly. The price was fair. They came within hours of being called. Very happy with their service!
