Austin was out on 3/27 and did our Heating System inspection. Austin was very thorough. He spent quality time checking, cleaning and inspecting everything. Korte responded to my call same day and addressed our HVAC after a flood in our basement. They were upfront about the parts needed, the cost and potential wait time. When they got the parts in and realized that it was not going to work in our system, they reordered new ones that were essentially more expensive but…
