My furnace showed a code 42 which is a induction motor failure so I called Korte. They came out the same day and charged me $98.00 to verify the same code. The rep told me the part was $4000.00 and I told him I didn't want to buy a new furnace! He went to his van and made a call to Korte and came back with a price…

Emily did a great job explaining all that was needed and why. Both she and Jason were very courteous and professional. We were thrilled to have our heat restored in a single (very cold) day.
Our technician Leo was amazing! He cleaned our unit, answered/solved our questions we had about our furnace plus gave us ways to make it better for the future. Very friendly and honest guy, and probably deserves a raise.
