Excellent service ;very professional and helpful; called ahead to let us know they were running a few minutes late; did great work. Only downside is Korte’s pricing is very high, in my opinion. But sometimes you really do “get what you pay for,” and we were very happy from the beginning of the booking experience to the end of the service call.

Didn't do a thorough investigation before charging me a bunch of money and it wasn't even what was wrong 🙄😬 so had to pay a bunch for them to replace a non broken part all because someone didn't take the time to look at the issue.

Carlos did great work! He was able to reconnect my water softener and whole home water filter and did so with no leaks, no mess, and no worries.
