Israel was very cordial, respectful, and good to work with. He did an excellent job in the time frame he promised. Thank you for all your help.
Michael Gephart was great with inspecting our water heater after it wouldn’t come back on. The heater was nearing 30 years old, and he installed a new one for us. He quoted us for a 40 gallon, but when it wasn’t in stock he upgraded us to a 50 gallon for no extra cost since he originally thought it was in stock. He…
Jacques was polite, respectful and professional! He solved our water, pressure Issue which has been a problem for the last number of years. He installed a new water heater for us so we now have no problems with either issue. I would highly recommend Jacques For any plumbing concern in your home if I could give him six stars, I would

Solid work. Completed a clear removal and install of new water heater. Made sure system was up and running without issue.
Noah was met with quite the challenge when he got to our home. He was kind, considerate, and knowledgable. He wound up working far longer than planned due to unforeseen factors, and he had great energy the entire time! Thank you so much!!
Noah is a wonderful plumbing technician. He's handled both installation and repairs for us, and we're always pleased! Updated on 5/6/2025 after service call: We called Korte about an urgent upstairs water leak. Logan R quickly responded. His delightful demeanor, technical competence, and exceptional…
I called Korte on a Monday morning about my water heater that stopped working on Sunday. Within 30-45 minutes Noah and another worker (I didn't get his name) showed up....which in these times is very much appreciated since it seems no one wants to show up and work....diagnosed the problem and gave us the option to…
Noah and his partner were very helpful, efficient, thorough, and personable. We would definitely give them the highest recommendation.

Christian was very professional and provided great service!
My first experience with Korte and they certainly did not disappoint! Had both electrical work and plumbing work done on our home. Plumbing product installed (per Korte recommendation) was high caliber and so elegantly plumbed, I never thought our utility room could look so good! Electricians did a fantastic job…

Timely and professional service. Logan and Jared did an excellent water heater and filter system installation job. They left the work area as clean as it was prior to the installation. They took time to patiently explain the workings of the water heater and the Flow-Tech water filter systems. Overall, we are very happy with the service!
Every person from korte is terrific, cordial and professional!
I have had multiple household repairs and installations over the last 20+ years, and Korte is dependable, punctual, and professional.
Logan R was day 1 of repairing leak repairs in our crawl space. Christian B was day 2 who with his coworker installed a new water heater. Both men represented Korte well and were very professional and efficient. Information was explained thoroughly and installation and repairs were completed to my expectations! I’m…
I reached out on Easter for an emergency service after returning home from a Spring break, finding our utility room soaked in water from a water heater leaking. I talked to a live person. Within half an hour Matt reached out to me. He is very professional, knowledgeable and I will call him an expert in his line of…
Great experience! Carlos was professional, helpful, friendly and thoughtful about all job completed!
We have had Korte replace our furnace/air last year. Today we had Logan replace our waterheater that was leaking. Logan was very professional and answered all my questions. I would absolutely ask for Logan again to assist our home in the future. He cleaned up when he was done and showed me several options.…
Our water heater quit working unexpectedly. I called Korte and was able to get a service call within a few hours. Due to age and the leak source, it had to be replaced. The worst part was the servicemen had to wait until a replacement water heater could be brought from the warehouse— It was fixed the same day! I…

Harry done a wonderful job and in a timely matter. Very nice young man.
Carlos and Logan were extremely professional, polite, and good with problem solving. I had a very old gas line that was leaking. NIPSCO had to shut off the gas due to the leak. Our water heater was also at the end of its life. Carlos and Logan worked to figure out how to untangle the mess of gas lines and replace…
They rearranged their schedule to fit us in. Very friendly!
I love Korte! We have the Piece of Mind Agreement and it is worth every penny. We had a clogged kitchen sink on the weekend and when we called they were here within an hour. A hour to fix my problem. Got a discount because of the piece of mind, got it taken care of on a weekend and was able to go about my normal…

Carlos and Mason did an awesome job installing our water heater. They were kind, professional and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend their services!
Have not had any problems thus far. Didn't arrive until after the appointment window and arrived on site without knowing what they were hired to do. Apparently when I scheduled the appointment, the office staff neglected to note down that it was an install vs a repair job and that I already had the unit. I would…
They came out quickly, gave me an estimate on the spot and did a nice professional job on the repair--done and gone less than five hours from my call, and that included bringing a new unit to the site and hauling the old one away. I have never had bad service from Korte.
Korte was respnsive to my request for Service. Initially for AC, but this morning water heater failed, and the Technician James replaced my Gas water heater with a new one, "easy peasy". The water heater was under warranty, so no cost :-) The carrier vac is about 22 years old. Appt. with Sales tomorrow about a…
