Incredibly fast getting here. Kind, patient. I wish I could say I knew if it was a good deal. As an emergent repair it was the only deal that came quick. Coming tomorrow to replace ac and furnace. Customer service is definitely good.
Our air conditioner quit around 5:30 pm on Thursday, July 24th, one of the hottest days of the year. We called Korte and within 2 hours Carson came out and found the problem in the compressor and had it up and running. He also found another problem with the furnace system that he legally had to check out…
Ryan arrived on time, checked everything out and found our problem. He was extremely professional explaining what he did and how to avoid this problem in the future. He was courteous and patient. I give his service and Korte’s a 10 out of 5. Korte indeed does it all. Thank you.
