Very knowledgeable, patient, explained everything prior and while doing procedures. Even took time to call his boss to check on different procedures so as not to have to do any extra procedures which would have cost me a lot more money. Thank you Mr. Helmuth for all you did for me on Friday.
Sam fixed a short and replaced new plugs by sink. Sam replaced circuit breaker in garage. Was a little price high. We thanked Sam for sharing his talents!
Very help technician
This was a very good visit by an extremely helpful technician who left no box unchecked. Could do no better and a nice guy to boot. It was overpriced only because it should not have happened that the installation crew had left the overheating settings at factory settings---too low a trigger point, shutting down…
Those repair was needed because a previous check of our Aprilaire humidifier was "less than thorough"... a water connection was either loose or disconnected, causing water leakage. At least the technician admitted it was not found previously because the check wasn't thorough enough.
Ryan is amazing. He is knowledgeable and professional. He has worked on our electric /generator needs for a few times. I know our problem will be solved when he walks in the door.
They got here quickly and provided all the options I had to get the furnace up and running as soon as possible.
Trevor was courteous, kind, and managed to get my furnace going on a very cold night. He made a bad situation better. I am replacing the furnace due to it's age, many issues, and unreliability. I appreciated Trevor's information about the furnace, while never pressuring me to replace it.

My small furnace almost caught fire, kyler was able to come out quickly and while my furnace was too old to repair he was able to get me set up with a mini split A+

Samuel and crew were able to install multiple new appliances in a professional manor quickly and efficiently. They walked me through how everything works, and made sure to inform me that if I had any issues in the future to give korte a call, and someone will be back to help me out
Diagnosed and repaired thermostat malfunction and installed new wiring to correct a short that had rendered AC inoperable. Very thorough work was completed quickly.
