I had a very positive experience with Kortech repairing my laptop this week. I dropped it off Monday for an assessment and got a call next day explaining the problem and my options. The parts arrived Thursday and Mehmet had the laptop ready for me that afternoon. The price was reasonable and service was great (including a check-up, cleaning, and virus scan). I'll definitely be using them again for electronics repairs.

Brought my computer in at lunch time. It was an older model, so I was afraid the part needed might have to be ordered. Mehmet explained the possibilities for the problem and an estimate. He called me back around 4:30 and said it was a minor issue and no part needed to be ordered. It was ready that day (hurray) and it was less than the estimate. My computer is working great. I appreciated his honesty and the quick turn around time.

I had, what I thought, was a dead fan in my Macbook Pro. Kortech took it in and checked it out. It turns out it only had a bug which was the OS not "talking" to the fans. Also there was a lot of dust which can't be cleaned effectively without a pro. He got me in and out in a couple of days. I will definitely use 'em again! Thanks, Kortech.

Came in to have my iPhone charging port cleaned, and the owner/employee went above and beyond by taking the time to thoroughly clean my speakers, screen, and charging port. Highly recommend! They saved my laptop after my water bottle spilled over it a few months ago! I was so grateful. When my phone experienced a water issue today, my first thought was Kortech Services. I took it in and even though they couldn't salvage my phone, the team was kind and empathetic. He even tried to fix it, but it was too far water logged. This is my go-to place for electronic repair!
