As someone who typically does things himself, it takes a lot for me to take my stuff to someone else. It shows you something at the end of the day. You can trust the owner with your stuff. He is very knowledgeable. He is an asset to our community and great to do business with. He diagnosed and fixed my son’s hdmi port on his PS5 very quickly. He can fix phones and other electronics as well. He also has phone cases, chargers, and other electronics as well. You can feel safe leaving your electronics with him.
The wristband of my Apple Watch snapped and it fell shattering the face. Called around places and from Krack’d and so happy I did. The gentleman who owns the store is very kind and does professional work. Took a few days for the parts to come in but that’s what it takes to have great results. Absolutely would come back here for another repair
My iPhone 11 had a cracked screen I literally handed the man my phone in less then 30 mins it was fixed !! Fast and clean environment Update: they fix my screen but then my back camera stopped working iffy
I want to start off by saying the owner and their employees have awesome attitudes! as if they enjoy what they do....but I've had my phones fixed once at each location. Both times I've had the same person fix my phone and something always happens afterwards. This time I notice a missing lense and the back of the phone coming up/apart. Also my screen was repaired but it still glitches like it's broken. I would go again because it's too high not to have superb service and my expectations weren't met. Update I forgot to tell yall the owner reached out and fixed the issue.

Highly recommend this place to anyone needing an Ipad device repair. I brought my sons Ipad in for a screen replacement and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was quick and the quality of work excellent. The Ipad works and looks as good as new. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgable and kept me inform throughout the process. Pricing was fair and the process was smooth from start to finish. Stellar service.

The battery on my iPhone 6S would not hold a charge long enough to get it in maintenence mode. Read the reviews on Kracked and liked what I saw and decided to try them. I was not disappointed. I was told there were 2 people ahead of me and to return in 90 minutes. I got my phone back in working order and the cost was reasonable. Saved me money compared to the apple store. Will be using this shop for all my other electronic needs. Can't say enough about about their work ethic. Wish more shops operated like them.
