Stop the search and hire Katie!! I've worked alongside Katie at Kreate for yearsss, and at this point I've basically accepted she's a wizard. Somehow she's fully locked in on logistics (timelines, lighting, wrangling bridal parties) while also being such a bright light to have on site.

Stop the search and hire Katie!! I've worked alongside Katie at Kreate for yearsss, and at this point I've basically accepted she's a wizard. Somehow she's fully locked in on logistics (timelines, lighting, wrangling bridal parties) while also being such a bright light to have on site.
Then I switched sides and became the client when Katie shot branding photos for me for my company, and I have to say, it was crazy how easy she made it. haha! Outfit ideas, location scouting, a real game plan, zero of the awkward energy. I walked in a little nervous and walked out actually having fun.
Bottom line: the photos are gorgeous, the experience is genuine, organized & professional, and Katie is the rare photographer you'd want at your wedding AND at company shoot. Book her before everyone in Northern California catches on and she's booked solid forever! :)

Katie has been a business friend for years, and working with her has always been a joy. When Katie first came to me for a Dubsado setup, I had no idea it would end up saving her 20+ hours a week! Seeing those results firsthand, and hearing her reflect on them years later, is exactly why I love what I do.
Beyond the systems side, Katie is also an incredible interviewer and host. She recently had me on her Focus and Flourish podcast to talk about lead to booking systems for photographers, and she led the conversation so naturally that I never felt like I had to be on. I just got to share what I know.

Working with Katie in Momentum Method has been invaluable. I have been working with her for over a year now. She is kind and personable. She is real. She is an open book. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Katie! She photographed our small, intimate wedding ceremony on May 29, 2026, at an Airbnb in Kelseyville, and we are so grateful that we chose her to capture such a special day.
From the months leading up to our wedding through the day itself, Katie was an amazing communicator and made everything feel easy and comfortable. She went above and beyond from the very beginning—even picking up pretzels for us on her way to the property! When she arrived, she took the time to scope out the property and found the perfect location for our ceremony.
Because our wedding was so small, having a photographer who fit in naturally with our family was really important to us, and Katie was absolutely perfect. She was kind, patient, fun, and so easy to be around. She was wonderful with our two-year-old and somehow even managed to get my husband's dad to smile for photos, which is not an easy accomplishment!
One of the things we appreciated most about Katie was her ability to notice the little moments happening throughout the day. She captured so many sweet, candid interactions that we didn't even realize she had noticed at the time, and those ended up being some of the photos I treasure most.
When we received our final gallery, we were completely blown away. The quality of the photos was incredible, but what stood out even more was the depth and emotion she captured. Looking through them truly feels like reliving the day. For such a small and simple ceremony, she made every moment feel meaningful and beautiful.
Katie didn't just photograph our wedding—she became such a wonderful part of the experience. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer and would recommend her without hesitation. We will treasure these photos for the rest of our lives!
