I go here maybe twice a week and have had good experiences up until tonight. We came in around 8:30pm and it was a little busy, didn’t get greeted until 8:40ish and was told they stopped serving ice cream at 8:30pm. That’s fine but why make us wait 10 minutes to tell us?

I walked in and instantly didn’t feel welcomed. Me and my friends walked in excited to try Kremo because we love roll ice cream. But upon entry we instantly felt like we didn’t belong, no one greeted us I had to greet the workers , no one moved as well to serve us, it just was weird energy and I don’t understand why. But I will no longer be going here at all.

Many great flavors! I really enjoyed this and Gong Cha at the same time. I would recommend it if you want ice cream in the 5 Points area that isn't overly sweet but very flavorful. The ice cream isn't as fluffy as regular ice cream but is so much richer.
