This is without a doubt the best dry cleaner I've found in the Cincinnati area. The front-end staff are always friendly and professional and my garments always come back smelling fresh and looking amazing. They really go above and beyond!

These guys do amazing tailoring work. Main reason I come here and the sizing is fast when I go on Saturday mornings. They did loose my jeans somehow but they did me right by reimbursing me for grabbing a new pair to replace the old pair. Then they actually found the jeans and I got those back! This was a 2 month process but I have other pants so no big deal. They do take about 2 weeks per tailoring but again quality work and it looks like new. Worth it.

I took my drapes up to Kroner Dry Cleaners in Cheviot to be dry cleaned. I have them cleaned every year, but my usual cleaner retired. When I received them back, one panel had stains on the side and one spot on the bottom, which was definitely not there when I took them up there. I would never leave drapes hanging in my home looking like that! I took it back to them to be redone and when I got it back the stains were still there. I called them again and this time they came and picked it up for the third cleaning. This time it came back with even another spot on it in the middle, which now they also pleated it so I have one panel pleated and one panel unpleated. I requested unpleated! I talked to Ray, the owner, and he basically called me a liar saying the stains had to be there when I took them there. He said they don’t put stains on things. I said I didn’t think you did purposely, but something had to have gotten spilled on it, or something with their cleaning of it or pressing of it. He basically said they weren’t doing anything about it but he did end up refunding me $100 of the $200+ it cost me to have them dry cleaned. You would have thought he would have refunded the entire cost since now I have to buy two sets of drapes with valances in order for the windows to match! He was very unprofessional and basically was just all about denying their fault in anything. So if you take your drapes there to be cleaned BEWARE!!!

In this case, after your concerns were brought to our attention, we recleaned the drapery multiple times, hand-spotted the areas of concern, and provided complimentary pickup and delivery in an effort to achieve the best possible result. While our inspection indicated that the staining concerns were not caused during our cleaning/pressing process, we understand that you disagree with that assessment. We recognize that this was frustrating and we regret that we were unable to remove the spots to your satisfaction. We would also like to acknowledge that one panel was returned pleated despite your request that it remain unpleated. Draperies are commonly finished with pleats, but we should have followed your specific instructions, and for that we apologize. Although we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations, we did issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill after our repeated attempts to address the concerns. For more than 85 years, we have worked hard to serve our customers with honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We appreciate all feedback and continually strive to improve our service.

This was my first time using Kroner Dry Cleaners. I was very happy with the service, time quoted for completion of the order and friendliness. I've had problems with other area dry cleaners, who won't take ownership, therefore, I have changed.
