Mrs Kroscher and her team worked tirelessly on my case. Mrs Kroscher was there for me throughout the entire process, which took almost one year. She not only took care of me in a legal sense, but she also checked on me outside of my case countless times, and called to pray with me. She truly cares about her clients. I never had any doubts in Mrs Kroscher because I feel that she protected me as if I was a part of her family. She put 110% of her energy and effort into my case, and I couldn’t have had anyone better to represent me. I highly recommend her and her team, as they are truly phenomenal.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Extremely expensive for the type of service they provide. If you have a somewhat complicated case or contended divorce run away from this firm they just want to take your money. Jessica Kroscher is the worst attorney I have ever dealt. Lazy, didn’t get herself informed with the law that applied to my situation. Incompetent, miss informed me and pressured me to sign an agreement at mediation so she wouldn’t have to work much, something that totally messed up my case since the beginning.
When asked for legal advice didn’t give a straight answer because she doesn’t know the law. So unprofessional, pops prescription pills in from of you during consultation (looks like for anxiety), and when she is feeling uncomfortable about the topic of conversation or being confronted about her lack of knowledge and service she shushes people like they are dogs.

Since it has been 16 months since we last represented you, it is unfortunate that you have only recently advised us of your dissatisfaction. Clearly a lot has happened since we represented you in your legal matter. Needless to say, we are attorneys not magicians, and cannot change the facts or the evidence of your case. Nor can we change the choices you made that led to the results you received from a judge in litigation. A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions, and in an abundance of caution, we do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum, nor would you want us to. However, we adamantly deny your allegation of prescription drug use. What a terrible accusation to make. Moreover, even if it were true, it speaks to your character that you would criticize someone for seeking mental health treatment. Suffice it to say that we do not believe that your post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events. We welcome you to contact us directly so that we may address any concerns you may have. Regardless of your decision to make such a disingenuous review, we do sincerely wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Mrs. Jessica Kroscher is the type of lawyer I never thought existed. She won my case for me and brought my daughter home. My daughter should have never left and she argued that. When we thought there was not a way, Susan (her paralegal) and Jessica found a way and found it by doing things honestly and correctly. They never gave up on my family and I. She prayed before court and gave God the glory after. This is truly the type of attorney you want if you are dealing with a custody case. She was invested and with emotions. I can't thank her and her team enough for making my heart now feel complete.
