Evan and Maurice were great dudes who moved us. Very professional and efficient. They had great communication as well. Doug was also great at taking our inventory over the phone and working us into the schedule to get movers out to us. Definitely recommend this moving company!

I told the movers what was where, especially fragile items. In the end I had several things damaged or broken. They worked fast, but I think they could have slowed down enough to pay attention to the items I had told them about.

Although there was a frustrating hiccup with communication leading up to moving day, I couldn’t have been happier with the actual moving experience! Clay, Todd, & DeMarion were the three gentlemen who handled my move were absolutely wonderful! Originally I was only supposed to have two movers, but DeMarion was in training. They were all professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly efficient! 🦖🦖🦖 They finished ahead of schedule, handled everything with care, and my final bill was less than originally estimated. Yay! I hope the company continues improving its communication and coordination because every other part of the experience was excellent! I’m still happily awarding five stars because when I expressed my concerns, the owner reached out and responded personally. And THAT is why I love supporting local businesses!

Edit 10/17/26 - I have been unable to get a response from Krupp for almost 6 months regarding a deposit they will not return. I placed a deposit for an out-of-state move for over $700, but ended up doing a smaller local move. I have been following up with them about this deposit and have received zero response. The lack of professionalism has been unbelievable. I have reached out to their sales, info, and support emails, as well as the owner's email directly with absolutely zero response. On top of this, I found out that a large majority of items that were supposed to be moved to the apartment, ended up in my storage unit instead. They also could not fit everything that we had originally quoted, which left about 10% of my things at the original address. I had to take two additional days off of work and move 25-30% of my entire estate by myself, after paying over $2700 for the local move, which was 50% more than the quote to begin with because they were unprepared and took an extra 4 hours to complete the job over what was quoted. There were multiple items with damage as well. I cannot recommend Krupp.

They where fast, effective, on time, and friendly. Scheduling is easy. I had to reschedule, and that was simple and easy as wwell. Highly recommend.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Krupp Moving & Storage to look elsewhere.  Our experience with them was unacceptable on every level. The movers were rude, inexperienced, confrontational, and careless. They damaged 17 pieces of furniture, ran out of packing materials and even seemed to be having a contest over who could carry the heaviest items — at the expense of our belongings.  A 6.45‑hour estimate turned into an exhausting 11.45‑hour move due to their lack of skill and preparation. The claims process was equally disappointing. They promised a 30‑day resolution, yet it dragged on for over 60 days, and only progressed because we repeatedly followed up. When they missed their own deadline, we attempted to escalate the issue to the owner and was told he is “always on the road,” has no phone number, no voicemail, and cannot be contacted. They also attempted to include a gag clause in the settlement that would have prevented us, our family, or even friends from speaking about the move. We pushed back, and they eventually removed it. That attempt alone is a major red flag. Although the claim was ultimately settled, the extensive damage to our furnishings can never be repaired to the original condition, and no amount of compensation can address the time, effort, or mental stress of pursuing this claim. The damages, delays, evasiveness, and attempted gag clause make this is a company we would not use again and will not recommend under any circumstances.

Our move was exceptional! All 4 gentlemen had the order in which they needed to do things down to a science. They were very efficient and took really good care of our furniture. They went through the whole house with us to identify what was going and wrapped and boxed the breakable pictures/art etc. they were friendly and fun as well. They helped make a stressful day much less stressful. This is the second time we have used them and 3 of the guys were repeats. We have one more move to go to combine 2 households into 1 and we will be hiring them again and requesting the same guys. Highly recommended!
