Customers describe the business as professional, punctual, and convenient, noting that they handle vehicle repairs and same-day cash purchases with fair pricing. The service includes free towing and flexible scheduling, with staff responding quickly to inquiries. One recurring criticism from lower-rated reviews suggests that the offered price is primarily based on the value of reusable parts, such as catalytic converters, rather than the vehicle's overall condition.
