I noticed my car (Tesla Model 3) had a tire with very low PSI, and I knew I must’ve driven over something when I was driving home from work. Tesla was going to charge me $300 to get my tire fixed, so after searching on Google, I found KT Roadside Assistance. I called Tam at around 11 AM, and by 11:30, he was at my apartment’s parking garage and fixing my tire. He worked very quickly and efficiently, and showed me that there were 2 nails lodged in my tire. My tire was repaired in about 15 minutes, and I’ve had no problems with it since. Thank you Tam!
