Kumon Math and Reading Center of Chandler - Chandler Heights Marketplace

This Kumon center has been wonderful. The staff is well trained and attentive to the needs of their students. My two sons have both learned new concepts from Kumon that have helped them accelerate well beyond what they are learning in school. I just received their math test results from school, in which they are tested and continually able to progress in the testing system and they exceeded their grade levels by over two grade each. This is definitely because of the help at Kumon. This program works, and the staff at the center has been wonderful. Thank you, Mimi.! While I do not know much about the reading program, I recommend their math program to anybody who might want to help challenge their children and get ahead!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Kumon! When we started, my son was behind in both math and reading, and we have seen such amazing progress. He has made great leaps in his skills and confidence, and we couldn’t be happier with how far he has come. My daughter was actually doing well in school, but we decided to enroll her in Kumon to help her get ahead and continue building her skills. She is doing the reading program and absolutely loves Kumon! What really stands out to us is how much the staff genuinely cares. They truly care about what they do and, most importantly, about their students. You can tell they are invested in helping each child succeed, whether they need extra support to catch up or want to challenge themselves and get ahead. We are so grateful for the support, encouragement, and progress our kids have experienced. We had a great experience at this Kumon center. The instructors are patient and help students truly understand the material. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in confidence and in math and reading skills.

Kumon has been great for our 6 year old. He was falling behind in reading and his school was talking about him repeating first grade. He has been in the Kumon program for only a few months and the progress he has made is outstanding. We are on track to get him to grade level and the need for him to repeat is fading. So lucky to have found this place. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone who is being made to feel like there is something wrong with their child.

The Kumon reading and math program has yielded excellent results for both of our daughters, who are in 1st and 3rd grade! They only started 3-4 months ago, and their teachers have all commented about what amazing progress they have made! I purposely did not mention that they were doing the tutoring initially, to see if they would notice. My sister and I both did Kumon in elementary and middle school (30 years ago), and that's when I first learned what an awesome program it is. My parents still talk about what a difference it made for us both to this day! We went in with little confidence, and came out fluent readers and mathematicians. In fact, we both graduated with highest honors from both highschool and university years later. Mrs. Mimi, Ms. Taylor and team at the South Chandler location are absolutely incredible, so kind, caring, patient, and knowledge about age appropriate learning. As a former elementary school teacher for nearly a decade myself, those are qualities and skills that I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend the Kumon program to anyone and everyone looking to sharpen their reading and math skills! I'm eternally grateful for this phenomenal program!

I had a great experience with this Kumon center. Palwasha and her team are professional and easy to communicate with. Every interaction was clear, organized, and stress-free. This is by far the best Kumon center I have worked with, highly recommend!!

Kumon has made my 5 year old read level 2 books. The thoughtful scaffolding of daily worksheets facilitate self learning and as we know practice makes perfect, kumon evidently emphasizes on practice through repetitions. Repetitions sometimes get monotonous but are proven way to build mastery. Palwasha and her staff definitely deserve applauds for their hard work in keeping the program organized, making required adjustments and for the consistent communication with the parents. Great way to build basic Math skills for kids in easy seemless way! Helps my kid to believe that Math is easy. KUMON works on many skills at the same time. It helps to make school Maths easier on all levels. And special thanks for teachers individual approach, that helps to meet every kid learning needs. VERY HAPPY WITH KUMON!

Two of my kids graduated from this Kumon location. The youngest one is currently in progress. We like to see our kids grow confident in their reading and math skills. This is something that elementary school struggles to provide as the district supports the baseline and not encourages the brightest. With our older kids, Kumon helped a lot to become overall A+ students
