I came in for an emissions test and the techs were very courteous and professional. The process was very quick and I was in and out within 15 to 20 minutes. I get my oil changes there as well and always have a pleasant interaction.
It was a very rainy cold day, and they were all professional and pleasant. They took my information, I ubered to my home and returned a short while later. My car was finished within a reasonable amount of time. They also discovered an oil leak around the valve cover gasket on my engine. I'm glad they found that so I can get it taken care of. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received at Kwik Kar oil change and Auto Care.
