Kyle showed up on short notice and on time when we had low water pressure in the house. He quickly was able to diagnose a problem with our main water line coming from the well. He knew exactly what repairs we needed. He said he would be back with all the materials and tools he needed to complete the repair. He showed back up the same day and fixed everything - ran a new water line and installed a new well pump the same day. What an incredible level of service. He’s a very capable and a skilled plumber and I highly recommend him.

Guy tried to pull a fast one. Newsflash just cause the guy you spoke to didn’t speak perfect English doesn’t mean he can’t smell BS. This person tried to get paid for “diagnosing” a problem when he came out to do the very first quote. Now tell me. How do you without being ashamed give people a quote but not tell them what the problem is? Unless you pay them? Or tell them first expecting to them to pay? For the free quote? This is like a “here’s a free gift, please buy me food” “or give back the free gift” scam they try to pull on tourist. Except you’re trusting this man to come into your home. And it is over potentially thousands of dollars and the longevity of nice homes in a first world country, not just a days meal cause you’re starving. Have some shame. Substance is from God. What is written for you is written for you. Everyone is trying to snatch every dollar forgetting it’s Allah who permits food to Grow.

I don't quite understand everything you said there and I'm sorry that you feel that way. You had asked me to come give you a quote for replacing two vanities and faucets I accepted. I showed up to the house and your well pump system is broke. Your brother, who I could understand just fine asked me if I could check it being a well pump technician. I was happy to. However diagnosing this problems is a service that almost all companies charge for. If I had known the water issue before coming out I could have discussed that charge prior to arriving. when I told you that the switch is bad and needs replaced and you would be charged a service call an hour labor. You got very upset so rather than take on customers that act like that, I chose to say I would like to kindly just step away. Hoping that this would not lead to a bad review. However, I was wrong. I did not charge you any fees so it's hard to understand what you're upset about. Your brother did ask me to check why you did not have water. It felt like you got me there to give you a free quote for vanities and then wanted me to do additional work like diagnose your well pump issue for free when there was no talk of a well pump issue prior to my arriving on location.
