Christopher has been an amazing therapist for me. Between a variety of difficult changes in my life, Christopher has helped me by teaching me not only how to improve my mindset, but also how to continue improving myself and my relationships outside of therapy sessions. I highly recommend him.

L & B is truly the best!!! I’ve tried a number of therapists throughout the years but have never really found a great match. I have been seeing Lizzie for a couple of months now and she’s amazing. She’s helped me grow so much and I actually feel a difference in my personal life. She’s given me a number of life long tools to help with my anxiety and has helped me become more in touch with my emotions. I could go on and on, but I am just grateful to have such an amazing therapist!

My therapist (Chris) helped me work through my problems and gave me the knowledge to keep going strong in the future, I could not thank anyone more in the world. Also, in terms of things like scheduling we never had any problems or anything, which was great because my family can be quite busy at times.

I called to make an appointment for my son . I was referred to a specific therapist but she wasn’t going to be available for a couple weeks because she is getting married. (Totally understandable) so I wasn’t sure what to do . My son needs counseling asap. When I called I spoke with a woman named Payton. I can’t say thank you enough for all of your help!!! She completely took away the stress and narrowed my search for a therapist down to 2 . She sent me their bios and I chose from there . It was so easy and she was so pleasant to talk to I felt like I’d known her forever. She didn’t have to do any of the extra back and forth with me or research the best fit for my son but she did. So though I haven’t yet seen a therapist I had to share what an awesome experience I’ve had so far. A million thank yous for listening and caring Payton!!!

Our family is beyond grateful for our experience with L&B. Our daughter looks forward to her sessions with Moriah C. - she has helped navigate big life changes and helped her learn how to cope with anxiety and fears.
