Willie from L&L came to look at our roof leak and was very thorough and friendly! His patience and demeanor with my 2 year old daughter absolutely warmed my heart! Thank you Me. Willie!
I was incredibly impressed with my experience with L&L. The materials were delivered and placed in our yard in a spot that was inconvenient for us. Without hesitation, Ray had the delivery team come the following day and move the materials to the correct location. The crew who installed the yard was friendly and…
Jeremy came to our house and was very upfront with what the issue was and had it fixed in no time. He was very pleasant to speak with and very honest about what the problem was. Super thankful!
Found the problem, fixed the problem.
Can not say enough how impressed with this company I was! Alan the project manager went above and beyond to assist us with this process! He called and sent me pictures every step of the way! This will be the only company I will ever use for home repairs! Once again Alan was the best and can not say more about his attention to detail.
2023 Update:Brad White has come through again. He and his team showed up quickly to get my roof and my neighbors roofs patch after the horrible wind storms. If you need your roof check I suggest L&L. Brad White is honest and upfront. While I have not had the pleasure of him completing a project for myself (because…
Very professional staff. Quality work at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend.
Allen did an outstanding job as a PM. He spent a lot of time talking to us regarding options both for now and in the future. His time and expertise was greatly appreciated. Adrian and his crew worked tirelessly to get things done. I think my Boerboel, a South African Mastiff, which they were deathly afraid of kept…
Allen was great! Came out and fixed our roof in no time flat and he was exactly on time. Would recommend!
Ernie O’Bryan and the team at L and L were incredible to work with on my roof repair. They were timely and efficient with the repair. I would highly recommend L and L for any roofing needs.
Tim and his crew were great. The work was completed in a timely fashion, they cleaned up every day. We are very pleased with their work.
Jeremy was very thorough in the roof inspection and gave me a fair and honest quote for the repairs. He was very professional, considerate and punctual. I appreciate that! Tim was also very nice and kept me in the loop of when they were coming, how long it would take to fix it and even kept me informed during the…
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were professional, prompt, responsive, answered all my questions and got the job done in a very timely manner. When their crew left everything was clean with no debris left behind whatsoever. Ernie O’Bryan and Nick Franklin were an absolute delight to work with. Thank you!
The bomb.com...... Ernie and Brad!
The best! Highly recommend them. Very professional but also went above and beyond to help with so many of our questions and explain things. Owner helped us pick out hardie board colors and we love the new look of our house. AND we can sleep at night knowing that the work was done properly, so no more leaks and new…
I’m so impressed by the quality of service I received from L&L. Every aspect of the process of replacing my roof was detailed, transparent, and timely. I would like to personally thank Ernie, Arlene, Debi and Brad for all their patience and care. I also want to thank the installation crew for being so conscientious…
Ernie & Brad with L & L were absolutely perfect to work with on the project I needed assistance with. They were kind and informative, offering their knowledge for future projects on my 1900 built farmhouse as well as being timely and professional in getting the current project completed. The crew did a wonderful…
L&L Contractors recently did some work at my home in Smyrna and they were all wonderful to deal with. Clay Gill, Brad White and their crew were the best people to deal with. They have turned my mess of a house into what my neighbors are calling a happy house. I guess because it’s happy, we are happy. Clay and…
Marc and brad we’re absolutely amazing
Brad from L&L Contractors is a top notch project manager who went above and beyond for our roofing project. Our home was out of the service area for L&L. However, Brad came out and saw our dire need of a new roof and fought on our behalf. The crew installed our roof in record time and at a competitive price. If you…
I truly can't say enough about L&L and the project manager Brad White what a true professional. His attention to details and his way of making you feel like a part of the family is fantastic. They would be here late at night with head lamps on and would come right back in the morning until the job was done to the…
Brad and L&L contractors did a great job on our roof repair. Brad was easy to talk with and responsive to questions and texts. He explained everything that needed to be done and stayed onsite. We will definitely request his help on future repairs.
I had an active leak in my roof and called L & L for a second quote. Despite being booked, they made time the same day to inspect and seal the vents. They were prompt, courteous, honest and reasonable.
L&L Contractors won my business because they took the time to come out and discuss the options I had to fix the roof and soffits. The other two companies with bids never took the time to do that. Their adjuster, Clay, worked with me and Farmers Insurance to make sure they covered all the necessary work. Clay kept…
After reviewing and meeting a few roofing contractors, I decided to go with L&L, not only based on the reviews that I read but also because they are local to the general area. Met with Marc and Brad who happily guided me through the process. Very professional and they made good suggestions throughout. We got lucky…
