I went in for a light bulb replacement for my front headlight and they were fast and friendly! He was kind enough to also offer a cleaning service for the headlights! Very considerate and thoughtful! Thank you L.E. Automotive!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve known Linton and his team at L.E. Automotive for pretty much the entire time we’ve lived in this area, and I can genuinely say they have been an absolute godsend. Before moving here from Lake Arrowhead, we had a nightmare experience with our Jeep. It had been in perfectly working condition, and what started as taking it in for something relatively minor turned into a complete mess after we trusted the wrong people. AAMCO made things worse, and then even a tow-truck driver improperly hooked up the Jeep and caused additional problems. After enough experiences like that, you stop taking trust for granted. That’s what makes L.E. Automotive stand out so much. Every single time we’ve gone to Linton, we’ve felt like we were dealing with someone who was honest, straightforward, competent, and genuinely trying to do the right thing. We’ve had numerous things handled there over the years, and the experience has been remarkably consistent. We’ve been happy with the price. We’ve been happy with the work. We’ve been happy with the outcome. And most importantly, we haven’t had to deal with that horrible feeling afterward of wondering whether something was done incorrectly, whether we were overcharged, whether unnecessary work was added, or whether fixing one thing somehow created three more problems. That peace of mind is HUGE. Auto repair is one of those industries where the average customer has to place an incredible amount of trust in another person. Most of us aren’t standing there watching the work happen, and we may not know enough mechanically to independently verify every single thing being done. You hand over your vehicle and hope the person on the other side is honest, skilled, and charging you fairly. When you’ve already been burned by other shops, that becomes even harder. Linton restored a lot of that trust for us. His team at L.E. Automotive has consistently delivered what we were paying for without drama, without games, and without making us feel like we have to second-guess everything afterward. I brought my Honda in to have the timing belt replaced after calling around for quotes, and L.E. Automotive had the best price in town. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I worked with Lynton, who was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. The repair was completed on time, the price was exactly what I was quoted, and my car has been running great ever since. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. I'll be bringing my vehicles back here and will be recommending L.E. Automotive to my friends and family. Brought a Subaru in for front axle replacements. One of the axles was stuck and they ended up having to replace the wheel bearing as well, but they didn’t charge me for extra labor. They got it done quickly and the car drives much smoother. Fantastic experience overall and I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Not too happy with my experience here. I originally hit them up January 9th regarding my situation with my car. I was told to bring it in the next week to take a look at it but apparently the owner was sick that week, and told me he would call my car warranty and work out the details of the repair. It is now going on January 21st, and I was told I would be called back today regarding a follow-up with the warranty shop, yet I've received nothing. Ive also called about 3x and my calls have went unanswered. Im honestly just disappointed because I told the owner initially I've had run around with car shops that take advantage of women due to the lack of knowledge surrounding cars and repairs, and ultimately this whole experience is giving he didn't want to take the time to see if my car could be worked with. Despite the circumstances surrounding my warranty i was going to pay for a diagnostic, so I would've appreciated that answer along time ago versus the phone tag game and putting other people's work before mine when I called weeks before. Not happy at all. I would bring a dude with you to negotiate, I feel my time would've been better respected then.
Sorry you feel this way but we told you it wasn't a good fit, you were trying to get us to find fault towards another facility for your car issues you're having and I specifically told you this is probably not a good fit and you should take it to your original place for repair, as we did not want to work with your insurance company. Sometimes the fit is not right and this was one of them. Wish you the best getting your vehicle diagnosed.
The gentlemen at L.E. Auto are Butte County’s best kept auto care secrets. I’ve lived in the area for over a decade and I’ve had troublesome car troubles, (As many of us do). The fellows were very quick and are very approachable and understanding. I have zero intention of seeking automotive care for any of my vehicles outside of this business.
