Customers consistently praise the company for its punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing during mold and asbestos inspections. Reviewers highlight the thoroughness of the testing process and the staff's willingness to provide honest assessments without unnecessary upselling. However, one low-star review notes a significant delay in receiving the final report, stating that it took over a month and that repeated phone calls did not resolve the issue.

I’ve used this company for mold inspections twice and just met them personally recently. Very straightforward and to the point. One thing that we really appreciate is the transparency and the willingness to answer any of questions. Reading reports can be very confusing and of course, the average person panics when they hear mold but they truly have the patience and understanding of what one goes through. They are the real experts in what they do. 100% recommended!

This company tested my rental after I spent over two weeks researching and interviewing different options. Luis and Sean were incredibly patient and professional, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Shawn’s 49-page report was thorough and impressive and it was even praised by the attorneys we shared it with. I highly recommend them! Their price was fair and in line with most reputable companies.

Sean took time to explain what was going on and went out of his way not to charge for services that weren't necessary when he totally could have. Showed up promptly and was very communicative through the entire process. Highly recommend.
