Leaving your child anywhere takes a lot of trust, but the team at the Sartell location has been incredible with my daughter. From the moment we walk in every morning, we’re greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos, which makes drop-offs so much easier.
The staff here are so patient with the kids—it honestly amazes me how calm and attentive they stay throughout the day. You can really tell they care about what they do. The whole facility is always clean, bright, and well-organized, too. I'm so thankful to have a place where my daughter is so well cared for and happy!

Suelyn, thank you for sharing this thoughtful review and for trusting our Sartell team with your daughter. It means a lot to hear that the warm greetings, patient care, and clean, welcoming environment help make your mornings easier and keep her happy throughout the day.
We made the difficult decision to move our daughter to another location effective immediately after an inappropriate interaction with the director, Dawn, that occurred in front of both parents and children. No parent should be spoken to in that manner, especially in a childcare environment where professionalism, communication, and emotional awareness matter.
I later went back to try and have another conversation with Dawn in hopes of clearing the air, but unfortunately the interaction still gave me a very strange energy and uncomfortable vibe. Instead of feeling heard or respected as a parent, I left feeling even more uncomfortable with the situation.
That said, I want to make it very clear that the assistant director and the teachers at this location were absolutely wonderful. The staff genuinely cared for our daughter, and we are grateful for the kindness and effort they showed every day.
Unfortunately, leadership sets the tone for an environment, and interactions with parents should always be handled respectfully and privately, never in front of children. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the teachers and families deserve better.

My sister went here from infant to graduation the teachers are awesome and super supportive the directors are amazing and the company itself is very for the children.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how they have treated my daughter. She is the smartest 2 year old I know thanks to the wonderful teachers. Jessica and Dawn have always gone above and beyond to help us no matter what it was. I highly recommend this daycare center to anyone that ever asks for a suggestion. The amount of love, support and time that is given to each kid everyday is beyond what I’ve ever expected. 10 stars if I could. 🩷

My grandson attends here. He loves it! Very happy with the staff and the interactions they have with him. Definitely recommend if you're looking for childcare.

We love La Petite Academy! My daughter has been in the program since she was 8 weeks old and they have made me feel so comfortable as a first time mom. As she has moved into different rooms and have had different teachers, they continue to do a wonderful job and she’s always excited to go!

Both of our children attend here and we have had a great experience. Staff is wonderful and our kids get to do all kinds of fun crafts and learning activities. Everyone is very responsive through the app and they are flexible with any schedule changes we have had. Our kids are greeted by name each day when dropping off or picking up by everyone from the director to teachers from other rooms. Definitely recommend!!
