We booked a car to pick us up from a concert so we wouldn’t have to worry about finding an uber. The booking was confirmed, but when the concert ended no one contacted me to tell me where to meet the driver. I called and was put through to the manager who said our driver had been in an accident so the manager was coming to pick us up in a few minutes and he told us specifically where to meet him. After we then waited there for a while with no one showing up, someone else called me and said they were cancelling the booking because our driver had been in an accident. When I asked how both drivers could have been in accidents he was evasive and clearly had been caught in a lie. What a terrible disappointment. We then had to find another ride home among the midst of thousands of other concert goers. Don’t book with these people if you actually want assurance someone will follow through with the ride.
