This is my note go to place for getting my nails done and every year I treat myself to spooky nails come Halloween time. Bonnie has taken care of me for the past two years and provides the most exceptional service and always makes my vision come true. I have been going to this salon consistently for a couple years now but my experience on Wednesday was enough to not want to return. I went in for a nail repair as my acrylic was lifting after 4 days and had water under the nail. The man who was going to fix my nail tried to pry it off with a nail tip, which I asked him not to do because it was still really attached at the top and in the past I have lost an entire fingernail when a tip is used to rip off my acrylics. I explained this to him and he said nothing, he put the cotton and foil on my nail to soak it, and then sat back in his chair and stared at me with his arms folded as if I had massively inconvenienced him. I apologized multiple times for being picky about my nail not being forcibly ripped off and he still said nothing. He rushed the soak off and the rest of the process of reapplying my nail. Even after acting like he was comparing the length to my other thumb nail, the nail he put on is much larger than my other one and looks ridiculous. I left the salon in tears because of the way this man treated me. I don’t ever want to be someone who complains or asks for anything, I just really didn’t want my nail to be ripped off using a nail tip…

Each girl here does insane quality work.

First time in this week and my technician did a wonderful job on my pedicure! (I believe her name was Kelly). She really took the time to make it perfect. My partner got a cat eye manicure and it came out so cool. All around attentive and friendly nail technicians. The salon felt clean and relaxed. I had scheduled an appointment and were sat down on time. I will be back soon!
