Her genuine warmth and extensive knowledge, coupled with the utmost professionalism, created the perfect environment for a stress free and enjoyable customer experience. Will update once the chair is delivered with my overall experience and product condition. Fingers crossed all will go well. I will say that I have been spammed by LaZboy about scheduling a design consultation and making additional purchases, sometimes more than one a day. Very unwelcome, unprofessional and unnecessary. I removed one star due to this harassment. The chair was delivered Oct 3, earlier than estimated. It was in excellent condition by professional and experienced personnel. 100% happy with my chair and delivery experience.

I had a great buying experiences La-Z-Boy. I was searching for a lift chair recliner and they answered all my questions and made great suggestions based on my needs.
