Lacroix Plumbing has been wonderful to work with! They responded right away, took the time to explain everything fully on the phone, and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they woudl do it. They have gone above and beyond after completing the job as well - checking in multiple times to make sure everything was working as intended. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing needs!

The short of it, He is the best plumber all around... price, kindness, perfection, thorough, and willing to help the customer !
read on for the details, it will amaze you and I have proof.
I have a Lochinvar natural gas boiler and water heater that had ignition flame 🔥 failure.
I called a plumber that was supposed to be experienced with this burner and it just needed standard yearly maintenance (I recently bought this house 🏠 that came with this burner). That other plumber "cleaned it". It fireed up twice, and soon as he left, rhe 3rd fire failed.
I called Lochinvar and they said he cleaned it improperly.
I called Lacroix Plumbing and Heating late that night, and he worked past his normal hours the next day , and it was a Friday !
He come out and fix what the other plumber failed to due.
I have pics just before Lacroix Plumbing and Heating cleaned and pics after.
The difference was old rust can looking to 99% entirely pure shinny metal looking.
He did not stop there.
He broke out his meters tested and adjusted the gas and co2 readings to manual specs.
Then he called Lochinvar to rest my worries 😟, and the Lochinvar support tech said, you've got this burner running perfect in both high and low flame, with great co2 and O2 readings.
Mr. Lacroix was very kind, easy going, and thoughtful to set this old mans worries at ease.
His normal price was less than the other plumber.
Then to boot, he gave me first time customer discount !
I already booked him for next years cleaning.

We were referred to Kyle by Kohler when we needed help with a faucet issue, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He was incredibly responsive and went well beyond what we expected. He initially helped us troubleshoot the leak over text so we could address it right away, then came out to replace the part and later went the extra mile to arrange for additional parts to be shipped directly to us.
His knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. That level of service is rare these days, and we really appreciated how much he cared about getting the problem fully resolved—not just fixing the immediate issue.
I would recommend him without hesitation!
