The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time. On top of that, they completely messed up the accounting, which caused me serious inconvenience and extra expenses because I had to fix everything somewhere else. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Hi, I know that this profile is fake and was created solely to leave this fake review, since you are not—nor have you ever been—a customer of ours. It is regrettable that many competitors or advertising firms use these methods to unfairly win business. We will continue to work with integrity and strive to offer the best possible service.

Vanessa was amazing I had never gone to anyone to get my taxes done and she helped walked me through everything even though I was disorganized! I really appreciate her and everything she did she was able to save me a good amount of money. I have always done taxes on my own, but it's worth it to pay!
