Customers frequently praise Ladybug Handyman Services for punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing across diverse tasks like electrical work, drywall repairs, and outdoor projects. While the majority of feedback highlights professional execution and attention to detail, lower-rated reviews note instances where poor communication led to final costs exceeding initial estimates or disputes over billed time for material procurement.

The team at Ladybug built me a beautiful, sweet backyard shed. They're a really nice and talented group of guys who I enjoyed getting to visit with. I actually kind of miss them now that the shed is done. 😆 I know I'll find something else for them to do soon. They are not inexpensive, but I always know they'll do the job right.
Shoutout to the team: Antar, Jeremy, Eric, Jesus, Noel, and of course Glenn

Ladybug Group has done superb work for me on two occasions, including outdoor projects (fence repairs, replacing siding on backyard studio, securing metal railing to brick, re-mortaring tile joints) and indoor jobs (replace/re-vent fan and many smaller tasks). Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and teamwork.

Thanks very much, Steven! If you'd like to get started on that kitchen project let me know, we'd be happy to help!
The staff was great and very communicative. We generally got ample notice of when they would arrive. They were also pretty tidy. I would definitely recommend Ladybug.

The Ladybug team always picks the right person for the job(s) you have and my pendant lights were skillfully installed from my 18'-4" high ceiling...not an easy task! I was so pleased, I bought another fixture for a different part of the room, now that I know it can be done. They were punctual, transparent about the costs, clean and tidy, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
